How Motiro works

Hear what your team won't say in a one-on-one.
It takes them five minutes.

A short survey reveals what's driving your team and what's holding them back. AI turns the results into a concrete action plan. Most teams start acting on what they learn within a week.

Step 1

Survey your team

Create a team, paste your members' emails or phone numbers straight from a spreadsheet, and hit dispatch. Each person gets a personal invitation to the Moti, a 24-question assessment that takes about 5 minutes. Questions measure whether people feel in control of their work, connected to their team, and capable in their role. Responses are completely anonymous.

  • Bulk-add members by copy-paste
  • Works on any device: phone, tablet, laptop
  • 11 languages, each member picks their own
  • Automatic reminders boost response rates

I am free to express my ideas and opinions on my work.

Step 2

See the full picture

You don't have to wait for everyone. Results appear as soon as enough people respond. Motiro becomes the shared space where the whole team sees the motivation profile, discusses what it means, and decides what to do about it. Each respondent can also see how they answered compared to the team average, so everyone walks into the conversation with the same picture.

Color-coded scores across 12 dimensions show where your team is strong and where to focus. Filter results by age or gender to uncover patterns that team-wide averages can hide. Compare against a global benchmark built from thousands of teams.

  • Everyone sees results, not just the manager
  • Personal answers plotted against team scores
  • Filter by age and gender
  • Global benchmarks by team type
  • Compare surveys over time

Step 3

AI finds what matters

After the survey closes, AI cross-references scores across all dimensions and pinpoints specific issues. Not "engagement is low" but "team members don't feel their input influences decisions." Each finding traces back to the research, so you know exactly what's driving it. The AI only sees aggregated team scores, never individual answers.

Every respondent also gets a private, AI-generated guidance report: a personal motivation profile with suggestions tailored to their results. Theirs alone. No one else can see it.

  • Specific findings, not vague scores
  • Each issue tied to SDT research
  • Private personal guidance for every member
  • Review and edit findings before acting

Detected Issues

Decision autonomy is limited

Team members feel excluded from decisions that directly affect their daily work.

Autonomy
Recognition gaps

Good work often goes unacknowledged, reducing extrinsic motivation.

Encouragement
Feedback loop is weak

Team members share ideas but rarely see them acted on.

Listening
Step 4

Act and measure

For each issue, AI suggests a concrete solution tailored to the scores behind it. You adapt it to your context, track progress as your team implements it, and resurvey in about three months to see what changed. The numbers tell you if it worked. The next cycle picks up where this one left off.

  • Resurvey to measure real impact
